Mikhail came to London Business School with the goal of helping the school develop into the best business education in the retail & luxury sector. He comes from a diverse functional background in fashion design, business strategy, and global sourcing all for the brand Roots Canada. He also ran a clothing label, which showed on Canadian runways and fashion weeks. As president of the Club in 2017/2018, Mikhail tightened the club’s offering of events, focusing high impact ones. This culminated in a modern, rebranded club, with stronger alumni connections, a record-setting conference, and continuing traditions of stand-out treks. At the same time, he completed a number of independent consulting projects for London-based fashion and retail companies. Mikhail currently works as the Business Design Lead with A.T.Kearney’s PCE Labs, leading the practice in innovation consulting for the EMEA region. All the while, he maintains strong ties to the London fashion industry. Around London, he loves dancing, socialising, and hanging out with his two cats in his Shoreditch flat.
